Customer Service Specialist (Packaging & Print)

Location: 100% remote within Germany; the posting also lists Reproflex Germany in Goslar.

What you will do

• Support and advise customers on ongoing printing and packaging projects.
• Collaborate daily with Print Development, Artwork Production, and Quality Control teams.
• Process and manage orders in SAP and internal systems.
• Maintain customer data and project records in the Product Lifecycle Management system.
• Monitor project progress, respond to customer inquiries, and communicate proactively by phone and email.
• Prepare certificates, reports, and invoices; coordinate sample shipments and support credit control and process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, account coordination, or a comparable role.
• Knowledge of the printing or packaging industry, ideally corrugated packaging or flexographic printing.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Strong customer focus and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills, independent prioritization, and a solution-oriented team approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word; excellent written and spoken German.
