ASIC Test & Qualification Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Prepare and implement semiconductor qualification plans according to industry standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate test execution with suppliers and test houses as the primary stakeholder interface.
• Analyze qualification test results and prepare reports and client presentations.
• Apply statistical analysis and process capability methodologies to evaluate test data.
• Ensure compliance with ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, and MIL-STD-883.
• Manage radiation testing activities, including total ionizing dose and single event effects testing.

Requirements

• Experience with semiconductor qualification strategies and mission profile development.
• Strong knowledge of ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, and MIL-STD-883.
• Practical understanding of ASIC testing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with radiation testing procedures and analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and process capability assessment.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, with strong project coordination, communication, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
