Pr. Engineer-GL-Test (Semiconductor Test)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Sustaining and Enhancement Test Engineering team in the Philippines.
• Manage objectives, workload distribution, resource planning, training needs, and team KPIs.
• Maintain, debug, and optimize test programs across multiple Automated Test Equipment platforms.
• Improve yield, throughput, test coverage, test time, and test economics through engineering enhancements.
• Resolve test escapes, production failures, and quality issues, including floor-level debugging and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Test Operations, Product Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing teams while tracking yield, escape, cycle-time, and project metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of semiconductor test engineering experience and 3 years of people management or team leadership in a Test Engineering or Product Engineering environment.
• Strong platform-agnostic Automated Test Equipment expertise and the ability to adapt quickly to new tester platforms.
• Experience with production sustaining, yield improvement, failure analysis, and Engineering Change Order management.
• Advanced knowledge of Measurement System Analysis, Gauge R&R, ANOVA, and statistical methods for yield and quality improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; experience with geographically distributed engineering teams is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with J750, SPEA, and Eagle testers.
• Experience using scripting, data tools, or AI-based solutions to improve engineering efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with teams across the Philippines, United States, and other global locations.
