Product Qualification Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Run thermal, electrical, mechanical, and environmental product qualification tests according to qualification plans and test matrices.
• Develop test boards, adapters, PCBs, and fixtures with external design and fabrication partners.
• Set up and maintain thermal chambers, power supplies, DAQ systems, probe stations, and other laboratory instrumentation.
• Coordinate qualification campaigns with OSAT partners and external laboratories, including schedules, sample logistics, and test supervision.
• Analyze results, prepare pass/fail assessments and test reports, and maintain traceable qualification records.
• Escalate test failures, equipment limitations, data anomalies, and schedule risks to reliability and quality leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in hardware bring-up, bench testing, or product qualification campaigns.
• Core requirement: experience testing RF and high-speed I/O, including high-speed serial, RF, or optical links.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, thermal chambers, DAQ systems, VNAs, BERTs, and high-bandwidth signal-integrity equipment.
• Experience specifying, reviewing, and bringing up test boards or fixtures with PCB design and fabrication partners.
• Strong test execution, documentation, collaboration, and coordination skills across engineering teams, laboratories, and OSAT partners.
