Analyst, General Ledger & Payments (Accounting)

What you will do

• Process vendor payments accurately and on time.
• Enter journal entries and manage the monthly closing process.
• Prepare and validate balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Respond to internal and external customer requests and resolve issues.
• Support plant controllers, financial analysts, operations, and auditors with reliable financial information.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and collaborate with Shared Service groups to standardize and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in stressful situations, adapt to change, and adjust routines.
• Ability to travel and work additional hours when necessary.
