Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid; local presence is required

hirify.global provides payroll and HR services, supporting organisations throughout the employee journey from payroll processing to talent management.

What you will do

• Process the daily cash book, invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Reconcile customer, supplier, general ledger, and intercompany accounts.
• Complete monthly intercompany netting and assist with intercompany reconciliation.
• Prepare journal entries and calculate provisions for bad debts.
• Process asset additions and retirements and run depreciation.
• Respond to supplier and customer queries, manage the supplier mailbox, and collaborate with accounting colleagues globally.

Requirements

• ACCA Level 2 and at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with global ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organise priorities, work independently under pressure, adapt to change, and identify process improvements.
