What you will do

• Execute technical assembly activities according to standard guidelines and handbooks.
• Drive milestone progress across shifts and cabin teams.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities and assist in solving technical issues.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment throughout the build process.
• Identify possibilities for process optimization and drive improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide reports to internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Secondary vocational education with substantial experience or a Bachelor degree with limited experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and/or electrical parts using precision tools.
• Ability to lead a cabin team and represent technical matters.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with supporting departments and customers.
