What you will do

• Operate production installations and equipment to ensure high-quality output.
• Prepare for and execute both minor and major maintenance shutdowns.
• Perform first-line maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Propose improvements regarding safety, quality, and operational continuity.
• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) documentation and conduct Last Minute Risk Assessments (LMRAs).
• Carry out 5S audits and review/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• MBO Level 4 (preferably in Food or Process Technology) or VAPRO-C qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar operational role.
• Proven experience with PLC-controlled production systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Must be able to work on-site in Heerenveen, Netherlands
