Site Engineer (Offshore)

What you will do

• Support the Construction Manager with daily site management and coordination of construction and outfitting activities.
• Coordinate technical queries between the site and engineering teams, particularly for electromechanical systems.
• Plan and participate in inspections, review contractor documentation, and follow up on technical and quality topics.
• Own electromechanical issues arising during construction and outfitting activities.
• Coordinate site inspectors, external vendors, contractors, and multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports and contribute to technical analyses.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in site engineering, construction, supervision, or project coordination, ideally in an industrial, energy, or infrastructure environment.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, construction activities, site coordination, and supervision.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with contractors and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of quality processes, inspections, and non-conformity management.
• Familiarity with Windchill is required.
• Fluent English is required; fluent Dutch is an advantage.
