What you will do
- Design and build the agent harness, including runtime, orchestration, MCP integration, and observability.
- Create golden paths and reusable patterns to ensure agents are reliable, governed, and measurable.
- Define the oversight model using policy-as-code and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Integrate agents with CI/CD, cloud services, and ticketing systems via APIs and MCP.
- Establish and instrument metrics to measure and track agentic productivity.
- Maintain a model-agnostic harness to ensure stability during model or provider upgrades.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE building production orchestration systems.
- Hands-on experience building agent harnesses, runtime, tool integration, and guardrails.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python for building production abstractions.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, containers, Infrastructure as Code, and a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
Nice to have
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Model Context Protocol.
- Production use of AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Copilot.
- Knowledge of LLMOps and observability for agentic systems.
- Experience in regulated environments such as finance, insurance, or the public sector.
