What you will do

  • Design and build agent harnesses including runtime, orchestration, tool integration, and observability.
  • Develop golden paths and reusable patterns to ensure agent reliability and governance.
  • Define oversight models such as policy-as-code and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • Integrate agents with CI/CD, infrastructure, and cloud services via APIs and MCP.
  • Instrument agentic workflows to measure productivity and performance across use cases.
  • Mentor teams and reduce friction between development, operations, and security stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
  • Hands-on experience building agentic systems, orchestration, and evaluation harnesses.
  • Strong software engineering skills with Python.
  • Solid cloud-native background including Kubernetes, containers, and major cloud providers.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Deep understanding of LLM agent reliability, context design, and failure detection.

Nice to have

  • Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Knowledge of LLMOps, agent evaluation, and observability.
  • Background in platform engineering within regulated industries like finance or public sector.
