Client Consulting Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Build and refine agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and OpenAI/Anthropic Agent SDKs.
• Design and execute structured evaluation cycles to measure AI output quality, factuality, and reliability.
• Identify and map client processes in payments and banking suited for agentization.
• Translate financial services domain requirements into agent specifications and structured system prompts.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliverables for C-level executives at leading financial institutions.
• Contribute to go-to-market activities and intellectual capital for AI Agentic Workflows service lines.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of professional experience building AI-powered agentic workflows or LLM applications.
• Proficiency with at least one agentic framework (LangGraph, LangChain, etc.) and working knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
• Foundational understanding of financial services, payments, or fintech operations.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Contributions to the AI community via open-source projects, hackathons, or published articles.
• Awareness of emerging agentic commerce protocols (hirify.global TAP, Mastercard Agent Pay, etc.).
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
