Marketing Manager (CVT)

Location: Shanghai, Changning District, China

What you will do

• Manage the CVT product portfolio throughout the product life cycle and define product strategy and positioning for the Chinese market.
• Plan product launches, OEM partnerships, portfolio expansion, registration support, and customer insight collection.
• Create selling tools and provide pre-sale, in-sale, user application, and product training support.
• Generate marketing intelligence, monitor market share, analyze competitors and customer behavior, and develop financially supported growth initiatives.
• Build clinical education structures, classify customer training needs, and develop internal and external speaker networks.
• Lead, coach, and develop the CVT marketing team while managing performance, competencies, and team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine; cardiology or cardiac surgery is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in product or brand marketing; multinational company experience is preferred.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills required.
• Strong planning, resource allocation, leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong customer orientation and mature communication style.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.

• Master’s degree in business or market research.
