Technical Sales Representative (Antalya)

Location: Antalya, Türkiye; home-based with travel across the Antalya region and Turkey

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact across the Antalya region.
• Build relationships with growers, distributors, advisors, and food chain companies.
• Provide agronomic advice and product recommendations based on customer needs and field conditions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and organize field trials to evaluate product performance.
• Promote crop protection solutions and support regional sales objectives.
• Monitor customer activity, follow up on orders and collections, prepare reports, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in technical sales, agronomy, agricultural advisory, crop protection, or a related agricultural field.
• Strong knowledge of agronomy and crop protection products, with the ability to demonstrate technical solutions in the field.
• Experience with field trials, product demonstrations, or agronomic evaluations.
• Fluency in Turkish is required. English language skills are advantageous.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driving license, willingness to travel extensively, and the ability to work independently.
