What you will do

• Build collaborative relationships with existing dealers and support their development.
• Identify and onboard new dealers across consumer and commercial segments while managing inactive partnerships.
• Maintain regular contact with dealers across the assigned region.
• Monitor dealer performance, provide feedback, and train dealer sales teams.
• Track market trends, competition, local sales initiatives, and marketing activities.
• Communicate marketing and trade marketing activities and contribute to sales and market-share goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration or engineering.
• 3–7 years of sales experience in a related industry is preferred.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, plus a B-type driver’s license; ideally residing in Trabzon, Erzurum, or Samsun.
