What you will do
- Lead and coach a sales team across renewals, inside sales, and business development to meet strategic targets.
- Manage key accounts and collaborate with partners to drive technology adoption and market share.
- Design and execute regional sales strategies to promote and sell products to prospective customers.
- Coordinate sales efforts across departments and provide regular reports on market needs and competitive activities.
- Travel within assigned sales territories as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading a sales team and a track record of over-achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for tracking technology sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Must be based in Turkey.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-selling environment.
