Lab Technician (Paint Product Testing)

What you will do

• Conduct research and testing to support the development of hobby products.
• Perform quality control and quality assurance testing of paint products.
• Log, report, communicate, and evaluate test results to identify product improvements.
• Research emerging market trends and the latest hobby techniques with Product Developers and Managers.
• Maintain accurate records of written documentation and physical samples.
• Keep the laboratory clean, safe, and well maintained, including equipment and work areas.

Requirements

• Practical, methodical, thorough, and highly organised approach to work.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate communication of test results.
• Ability to maintain documentation, samples, equipment, and working areas according to agreed procedures.
• Understanding of health and safety standards in a laboratory environment.
• Availability to work full time onsite in Nottingham, UK.
