Product Support T3 Engineer (Cloud Network Security)

What you will do

• Own customer issues through investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution during the post-sales lifecycle.
• Mentor support engineers across the support organization.
• Create and expand technical knowledge-base articles.
• Work with engineering, customer success, professional services, and product management to resolve customer issues.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer businesses and aligning their needs with Cato solutions.
• Monitor customer status, identify concerns and growth opportunities, and help improve global support services.

Requirements

• Experience as a support engineer in web, networking, or information security companies.
• Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxy servers.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and willingness to investigate complex technical problems in production environments.
• Experience with a cloud or SaaS technology provider.
• Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec, and security protocols and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and globally distributed teams.
