Location: Office based 4 days a week in Sophia Antipolis (France), Paris (France), or Frankfurt (Germany).

What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical needs to provide tailored guidance.
- Act as a trusted advisor by proactively recommending best practices for security infrastructure.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on products and reproduce customer environments in the lab.
- Manage customer incidents and communications to ensure timely resolution.
- Produce service reports summarizing performance and activity for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to report and follow up on software or hardware issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical support or post-sales role.
- Fluency in French OR German is essential, plus business-level English.
- Strong understanding of data networking protocols including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDoS, VPN, and WAF.
- Proven experience in customer management within telco or large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with products.
- certifications such as FCP, FCSS, or FCX.
