Senior Manager Network Security Engineering (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise network security strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with IT, infrastructure, application, operations, business, field services, and vendor teams to integrate security into network initiatives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC, ZTNA, segmentation, and zero trust controls.
• Ensure secure architecture across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Lead major initiatives involving network segmentation, zero trust, and cloud security.
• Influence senior stakeholders on risk posture, investment priorities, and security architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, networking, or security, including 5+ years in leadership.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience delivering segmentation and security programs across global sites and environments.
• Ability to collaborate across IT, OT, cloud, and application teams.
• Up to 5% travel is required.

Nice to have

• CCNP/CCIE Security, GIAC, or cloud security certifications.
• Experience integrating with NOC/SOC and monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO, and CIS security frameworks.
• Experience developing security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Expertise in segmentation design and attack surface reduction.
