Technical Program Manager 3 (AdTech)

Location: Hybrid role with office presence in Reston, Virginia, United States. Must work with team members across multiple remote locations and time zones; nights and weekends may be required as needed.

Salary: $113,249.77–$169,874.65 per year.

What you will do

• Lead execution of technical programs and cross-team initiatives aligned with product and business requirements.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, project managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage program milestones, sprint plans, critical-path tasks, dependencies, deliverables, and changes.
• Identify technical risks and blockers, provide resolutions, and support resource and budget forecasting.
• Own delivery metrics and reporting, including velocity and cycle time.
• Coach teams on Agile and SDLC maturity and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery models, delivery metrics, and cross-team dependency management.
• Advanced facilitation, conflict resolution, data-driven decision-making, reporting, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to lead delivery across multiple teams or initiatives and influence prioritization and planning decisions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office setup in Reston, Virginia, and maintain a variable schedule that may include nights and weekends.
