Customer Transformation Associate - Fall 2026

Location: Hybrid role requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site in Chicago, Bellevue, Metro DC/Arlington, or New York. Travel to client sites and additional hours may be required.

Salary: $90,000–$97,200 per year, depending on office location.

What you will do

• Help organizations develop customer, brand, marketing, sales, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage ambiguous and unstructured business problems using analytical frameworks.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
• Evaluate customer and brand strategies against market, competitive, and external drivers.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to deliver client results.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Digital fluency, including effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, remain agile in ambiguous environments, and work additional hours as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; visa sponsorship is not available.
