Manager 2, Corporate Strategy

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week in the Mountain View office

Salary: $176,000–$238,000 annual base pay, plus potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits

What you will do

• Lead joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level business partners.
• Assess strategic questions through research, customer and expert interviews, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Develop strategies, implementation plans, and action-oriented recommendations for hirify.global and its business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to generate impactful outcomes.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging trends.
• Create and deliver presentations and plans for senior management, the CEO, and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creative problem-solving ability, and strong business judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead and support project teams while building trust-based relationships with business partners.
• Self-motivation, a learning mindset, and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to work from the Mountain View office 2–3 days per week.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a respected operating company’s strategy function.
