Manager 2, Corporate Strategy (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the Mountain View, California office.

Base pay: $176,000–$238,000 per year in Mountain View; the position may also be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level business partners.
• Assess strategic questions through research, customer and expert interviews, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Own significant portions of strategy development and produce creative, action-oriented recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to develop recommendations and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging trends.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and plans to senior management, while using AI tools for customer research, prototyping, and related capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and strong business judgment.
• Ability to lead and support project teams and proactively take on leadership roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Well-rounded interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with teammates and business-unit partners.
• Openness to active developmental feedback, a commitment to excellence, and motivation to make a significant impact.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in the strategy function of a respected operating company.
