Software Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; onsite/hybrid

Salary: $140,000–$300,000 per year, plus equity options

What you will do

• Build and ship core product features across the marketplace and operations platform.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Participate in technical design reviews and architecture decisions.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and platform foundation.
• Participate in interviewing and help shape the engineering organization.

Requirements

• Experience with Go and/or TypeScript, Python, and related frameworks.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Vite, or similar frameworks.
• 3–8+ years of experience building fullstack applications.
• Experience owning projects or leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to iterate rapidly.
• Passion for building real-world products with visible impact.
