Product Support T2 Engineer (Cloud Network Security)

What you will do

• Own customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and drive cases through to resolution.
• Mentor support engineers across the global support organization.
• Create and expand product knowledge articles.
• Work with Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product Management to advocate for customers.
• Understand customer businesses and align their needs with Cato solutions.
• Monitor customer status, identify concerns and growth opportunities, and help improve global support services.

Requirements

• Experience as a Support Engineer in web, networking, or information security companies.
• Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxy servers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to investigate complex technical problems in production environments.
• Experience with a cloud or SaaS technology provider.
• Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec, security protocols, and standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to work with a globally distributed, cross-cultural team.
