Salary: $112,000 - $140,000

What you will do
- Provide advanced technical support for deployments across VMware, Nutanix, and public cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving connectivity, platform integration, health monitoring, and traffic visibility.
- Partner with Engineering and Services teams to resolve escalations and improve support readiness.
- Manage customer cases using Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring accurate and creative technical solutions.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and workarounds in the knowledge base to facilitate independent customer resolution.
- Participate in on-call rosters to provide after-hours support for critical emergencies.
Requirements
- Must reside near Santa Clara, CA and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
- 5+ years of relevant support experience in networking or security.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization and cloud platforms including VMware, Nutanix, AWS, and Azure.
- Strong understanding of L2/L3 technologies, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and QoS.
- Proven ability to isolate, replicate, and document complex technical issues.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).

- Associate or Professional-level certifications in Networking or Security (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
