Salary: $112,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for hirify.global deployments across VMware, Nutanix, and public cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving connectivity, platform integration, health monitoring, and traffic visibility.
• Partner with Engineering and Services teams to resolve escalations and improve support readiness.
• Manage customer cases using Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring accurate and creative technical solutions.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and workarounds in the knowledge base to facilitate independent customer resolution.
• Participate in on-call rosters to provide after-hours support for critical emergencies.

Requirements

• Must reside near Santa Clara, CA and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
• 5+ years of relevant support experience in networking or security.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization and cloud platforms including VMware, Nutanix, AWS, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of L2/L3 technologies, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and QoS.
• Proven ability to isolate, replicate, and document complex technical issues.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Associate or Professional-level certifications in Networking or Security (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
