Staff Software Engineer (.NET)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Build reliable and scalable services, APIs, platform components, integrations, and customer-facing capabilities.
• Lead and influence the technical direction of RMM agent development.
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, production support, and roadmap delivery.
• Improve performance, reliability, security, maintainability, automation, observability, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and communicate technical risks, blockers, and trade-offs.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of interconnected systems from a system architecture perspective.
• Excellent knowledge of Win32 APIs and networking protocols including HTTP, TLS, and WebSockets.
• Experience with large cross-platform codebases and software development for macOS and/or Linux.
• Strong understanding of concurrency and threading.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools for code generation, analysis, and reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience with SDLC tools such as Jira, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Contributions to open-source software.
