Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location: Onsite at the client site in Luxembourg

What you will do

• Clarify and document business requirements with business users.
• Translate business needs into user stories and communicate requirements to the solution integrator.
• Align business users and technical stakeholders throughout the project.
• Support testing activities and validation of the delivered solution.
• Prepare Steering Committee materials, organize project follow-up meetings, and report on issues and progress.
• Support the implementation of digitalized and automated regulatory compliance processes.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and/or project management within IT projects.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into user stories.
• Experience working with business users, technical teams, or solution integrators.
• Experience supporting testing and project coordination activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and ability to work onsite in Luxembourg; a criminal background check is required before employment.
