Internship - Business Analyst - KYC & Customer Data (Fintech)

TL;DR

Focus on extracting and manipulating data, performing reconciliation, and providing user support to streamline operational processes.

What you will do

• Identify and balance business needs in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Create and refine business rules for data mappings between local and central databases.
• Extract and manipulate data for reconciliation, reporting, and maintaining high data quality standards.
• Perform functional testing before each release.
• Contribute to process streamlining and efficiency improvements.
• Provide daily user support and assist in change management for teams in Luxembourg and abroad.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or Business Management) with a mandatory school convention.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong analytical skills and mastery of MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Ability to read and understand basic SQL queries.
• Experience in developing or using AI (Prompting, Agentic).
