Business Analyst (Oracle HCM Cloud)

What you will do

• Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud processes and configurations.
• Support the implementation and configuration of Learning, Skills, and Mentoring modules.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements with HR and technical stakeholders.
• Assess existing HR processes, identify gaps and dependencies, and design improved workflows and processes.
• Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and functional solution adoption.
• Provide functional recommendations throughout HR systems implementation and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar HR systems implementation professional.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and HR information systems.
• Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, process design, testing, and HR systems implementation.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Learning Cloud and/or Skills and Mentoring functionality.
• Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly migration or replacement projects.
