Logistics Manager

Location: Remote; available locations include Mexico City, Bogotá, Brazil, Poland, Spain, and Argentina. Reliable availability during US or EU business hours is required.

What you will do

• Own Shopify order and fulfillment control across fulfilled, unfulfilled, in-transit, delayed, and exceptional orders.
• Forecast demand by SKU, set reorder points, and coordinate lead times and production cycles with the China-based sourcing lead.
• Manage relationships with US-based 3PLs and fulfillment warehouses, including rate negotiations and SLA accountability.
• Optimize carrier selection, service levels, packaging, shipping zones, and shipping cost per unit.
• Reconcile freight, carrier, and 3PL invoices against actual shipments and storage, recovering overbilling and duplicate charges.
• Build reporting and reconciliation processes in spreadsheets to maintain accurate operational and financial data.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience owning logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations in a DTC or ecommerce environment.
• Hands-on experience with SKU-level demand forecasting and reorder point planning.
• Direct experience managing US-based 3PLs and fulfillment warehouses, including negotiating rates and enforcing SLAs.
• Daily working knowledge of Shopify for order management, fulfillment status, and reporting.
• Experience optimizing shipping costs and auditing freight and 3PL invoices for billing errors.
• Ability to plan around China-based sourcing lead times and production cycles, with strong spreadsheet and data discipline.

• Experience in DTC health and wellness or subscription-based ecommerce.
