Project Manager Mechanical

Location: On-site in Groningen, Netherlands; candidates should currently live in or be looking to relocate to the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects and mechanical packages from preconstruction through client handover.
• Monitor daily field activities, project information flow, progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Coordinate snagging activities, schedules, and partner engagement with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead onsite meetings, communicate project impacts, and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement project procedures and improve key project processes with the client.
• Review proposed variations and delays and support completion of handover documentation.

Requirements

• Experience managing mechanical packages from preconstruction through handover.
• Experience with piping, HVAC, and BMS systems.
• Project management experience in data centres is preferred; heavy industrial, pharmaceutical, or oil and gas experience may also be considered.
• Engineering degree or trade background with comparable project management or construction experience.
• Currently living in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
