Quality Inspector (Electrical)

Location: On-site in Groningen, Netherlands. The role requires EU work authorization or the ability to work in Belgium without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Inspect civil, structural, and architectural works, including concrete, steel structures, architectural finishes, and external works.
• Verify construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Identify and report non-conformances and support resolution with contractors and project teams.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager and site teams on continuous quality improvement.
• Support commissioning and handover by verifying completed works and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector on large-scale CSA projects, ideally in data centre or high-tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods and materials.
• Familiarity with European construction standards and Belgian building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Fluent English and EU work authorization, or the ability to work in Belgium without sponsorship, are required.

Nice to have

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Quality Management or Inspection certification, such as ISO 9001 or CQI.
• Experience with international contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Dutch or French.
