What you will do

• Serve as the Nominated Person (Installatieverantwoordelijke) for electrical safety.
• Maintain the Electrical Safety Management System and oversee competency frameworks.
• Ensure correct LOTO implementation and access control for electrical areas.
• Approve high-risk electrical assessments and align standards for machines and utilities.
• Lead investigations into electrical incidents and drive continuous improvement.
• Advise Operations, Engineering, and Facilities on electrical safety compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10–15+ years of experience in high-tech or industrial electrical safety.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Standards Low Voltage (NEN 3140, NEN 1010) and Machine Directive.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Veldhoven, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of High Voltage (NEN 3840).
• BEI certificate (Low/High Voltage).
