Project Coordinator (WordPress)

Location: Colombia; fully remote. Working hours align with standard US Mountain Time business hours, with some flexibility.

Salary: USD 1,600–2,000 per month

What you will do

• Track project timelines, task completion, milestones, and deliverables across multiple website development projects.
• Coordinate daily assignments between internal teams and external agency partners under delivery leadership.
• Maintain Asana project boards using Kanban practices and support adherence to workflows and documentation standards.
• Make basic content and layout updates in WordPress and Shopify using page builders such as Elementor.
• Use GitHub repositories to check out branches for basic user-level QA testing without coding.
• Monitor scope changes, identify bottlenecks, communicate status updates, and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital or web development agency.
• Experience managing teams and ensuring adherence to defined processes.
• Experience with Asana, Kanban, and other project management tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• US experience is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify.
