eCommerce Project Manager (Shopify)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; office attendance required 3–5 days per week

Salary: $138,000–$160,000 per year, including base salary and target bonus

What you will do

• Own day-to-day Shopify website operations, performance, reliability, and rapid iteration.
• Coordinate website features and experience initiatives across international teams while balancing global consistency with local needs.
• Gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements from regional, finance, product, software, marketing, fulfillment, and customer experience teams.
• Translate market-specific needs into scalable cross-region solutions and partner with engineering to define scope and requirements.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through launch, managing timelines, dependencies, ownership, and team alignment.
• Document decisions, requirements, and workflows and improve delivery processes using tools such as Asana, Confluence, and JIRA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Shopify experience, preferably in high-growth environments scaling eCommerce operations across multiple regions or storefronts.
• Experience configuring Shopify Plus and implementing internationalization, including localization, currencies, and payments.
• Strong project management experience coordinating international teams and time zones.
• Agile and sprint planning and management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and design.
• Experience with Asana, Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, or comparable tools, plus strong documentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Direct-to-consumer eCommerce experience.
• PMP or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in agile or iterative development environments.
