Manager, Investor Services

Location: Hybrid in Mississauga or Toronto, Canada. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Salary: CAD 80,000–105,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise a team, participate in performance appraisals, and coordinate staff training and development.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and internal service groups, resolving escalated inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate new client meetings, launches, conversions, fund data setup, and related communications.
• Review investor reporting, fund manager reports, offering documents, trade documents, and investor transactions.
• Review and approve wires, maintain wire instructions, and keep databases and dashboards accurate.
• Work with auditors, accounting, investors, fund managers, and internal counterparts on confirmations, due diligence, regulatory meetings, and department initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Supervisory experience and strong training skills.
• Knowledge of financial services, mutual funds, hedge funds, or private equity funds is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to adapt to software and database applications.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required.
