Location: Hybrid role based in Mississauga or Toronto, Canada

Salary: CAD 50,000–60,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as the main contact for investor services inquiries related to AEOI, FATCA, and CRS requirements.
  • Process investor subscriptions and redemptions in line with fund documents, AML, KYC, and AEOI requirements.
  • Review, collect, and validate W-8/W-9 forms and CRS self-certifications.
  • Maintain accurate investor records, including tax residency, FATCA/CRS classifications, and reporting statuses.
  • Support annual FATCA and CRS reporting by identifying documentation gaps and escalating discrepancies.
  • Contribute to AEOI data-capture, workflow, and reporting-automation improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in hedge or private equity fund administration and/or investor services.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with AEOI frameworks, including FATCA/CRS investor classification, documentation review, and reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be requested.

  • Knowledge of AML and KYC procedures.
