Senior Associate, Investor Services

Location: Hybrid in Mississauga or Toronto, Canada

Salary: CAD 55,000–70,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the main contact for fund investors and managers through email and telephone correspondence.
• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions in line with fund offering documents and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute investor statements, letters, and other documents.
• Prepare wire transfer instructions and confirm cash activity with banks, fund accounting, and fund management.
• Maintain accurate distribution information and follow department policies and procedures.
• Participate in system and process enhancements and perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in hedge or private equity fund administration and/or investor or shareholder services.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment, manage shifting priorities, and adapt to ambiguity and rapid change.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and provide a valid work or study permit where applicable. Coverage on Canadian holidays and overtime may be required.
