Social & Creative Specialist (Paid Social): Managing paid social strategy, creative execution, and campaign performance for eCommerce clients with an accent on Meta and TikTok expertise, creative testing, and performance analysis. Location: London, UK; hybrid working with 40% of time in the office. Remote work internationally is available within the company’s flexible working policy.

What you will do
- Lead paid social and creative strategy for 5–6 eCommerce clients.
- Develop growth roadmaps, testing plans, creative concepts, and detailed briefs.
- Manage campaign setup, budget pacing, performance monitoring, and continuous testing across Meta and TikTok.
- Conduct competitor mapping and guide clients’ creative delivery.
- Analyze campaign and platform data to identify performance opportunities.
- Work with Account Managers to turn insights into clear client recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience developing creative briefs and hypothesis-led testing roadmaps from advertising performance and brand goals.
- Proven paid social expertise across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
- A track record of improving paid social or creative performance.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and present client-friendly insights using platform dashboards, GA4, and third-party tools such as Triple Whale.
- Strong understanding of social-first messaging and platform-native formats for D2C and eCommerce brands.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with 40% office attendance in London.

- Experience with Pinterest and Snapchat.
