Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia; work location at the Pasir Gudang WD Media Office

What you will do
- Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business plans for a global manufacturing function.
- Advise, coach, and influence senior executives and factory General Managers on workforce and leadership priorities.
- Diagnose workforce needs using data to guide workforce planning, organization design, culture, succession planning, and leader development.
- Drive adoption of enterprise talent programs covering goal setting, performance feedback, development conversations, rewards, and inclusion.
- Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Experience Partners in Malaysia, and HR Business Partners across countries.
- Represent Malaysia site needs, support local HR teams, and respond to employee-related business or organizational crises.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; a master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- 12–15 years of Human Resources experience, including HR consulting, Centers of Excellence, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Experience in a global multinational corporation with a matrix working environment is preferred.
- Experience with hardware technology and manufacturing, including industry dynamics and internal operations.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence senior executive stakeholders and lead transformation and change.
- Executive-level communication, presentation, collaboration, data analysis, and systems-thinking skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certification.
- Experience working globally and leading high-performing teams.
