TL;DR
Strategic Business Partner (HR): Translating business strategy into people and workforce plans while strengthening leadership capability, organisational readiness and workforce effectiveness with an accent on organisational development, talent management and workforce planning. Focus on coaching senior leaders, using people analytics, improving organisational capability, and applying digital tools, automation and AI to increase People function effectiveness.
Location: Hybrid; working arrangements and flexible hours are open for discussion. International travel may be required.

What you will do
- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate strategy into people and workforce plans.
- Use data, analytics and workforce insights to guide decisions and identify organisational, talent and workforce risks.
- Coach and challenge leaders while supporting talent, succession and leadership development.
- Lead workforce planning, organisational capability discussions, organisational design and transformation initiatives.
- Drive simplification, continuous improvement and more effective structures, processes and ways of working.
- Collaborate across the People Function and use digital tools, automation and AI to improve effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, Business Partnering, Organisational Development or a comparable strategic People role.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
- Strong background in organisational development, workforce planning, talent management and change.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with a strong understanding of employment legislation and employee relations.
- Fluent English and French required.
