Salary: $53,664–$90,640 annualized, depending on location, experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Support lawyers with first-round markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts.
• Manage document lifecycles, track deadlines, communicate with counterparties, and assist with execution.
• Collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals on high-volume legal matters and client delivery.
• Develop commercial and legal expertise across contracts, compliance, and funds.
• Take ownership of client accounts as experience develops.

Requirements

• 0–1+ years of experience, including internship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and deadline-management skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently, identify issues proactively, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global uses E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to non-disclosure agreements.
• Interest in developing expertise in legal practice, contracts, compliance, or funds.
