Deployment Strategist (Blockchain)

Location: Japan; hybrid

Salary: ¥15M–¥25M per year plus commission

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer engagements with banks and financial institutions, from discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery.
• Translate investigative, intelligence, compliance, fraud, AML, and operational objectives into actionable workflows and outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain custom notebooks, dashboards, queries, data models, and analytical workflows using hirify.global data and products.
• Enable customers to operate solutions independently and embed hirify.global into their operational infrastructure.
• Lead customer-facing training, demonstrations, investigative walkthroughs, technical briefings, workshops, and working groups.
• Support complex financial services pre-sales engagements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Global Intelligence, and Sales to improve offerings.

Requirements

• Professional experience working directly with banks, financial institutions, or other financial services organizations.
• Fluent spoken and written Japanese is required.
• Experience with cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence, financial crime analysis, AML, compliance, fraud, sanctions, risk, cybercrime, or digital asset compliance.
• Strong understanding of banking investigative workflows, regulatory environments, risk frameworks, stakeholder structures, and digital asset exposure.
• Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, including BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi, and on-chain data.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience building notebooks, dashboards, analytical workflows, data models, and solutions using large or complex datasets.
