What you will do

• Act as a technical expert for the delivery of hirify.global's services portfolio, advising customers on cloud security best practices.
• Deliver projects across categories including Migrations, Integration, Cloud Security Posture (CSP), Secure Code Development (SCD), and CDR.
• Ensure customers maximize ROI by implementing hirify.global to achieve specific security objectives through project-based services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to iterate on service offerings and provide feedback on bugs or feature requests.
• Identify project risks and work with the project management office to notify stakeholders.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.
• Fluent Japanese and English language proficiency (reporting line is overseas).
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience and 3+ years in cloud/security architecture or professional services.
• Hands-on experience building or securing solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting/coding (Python, Bash, Go, Rego, or PowerShell) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM Templates).
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, cloud containers, SDLC, and CI/CD systems.

Nice to have

• Software services delivery background or services portfolio development expertise.
• Cloud provider associate or expert-level certifications.
• Kubernetes Certifications such as CKA, CKS, or CKAD.
