Sr. Advanced Delivery Architect – Advanced Services, Japan

What you will do

• Lead Wiz Advanced Services engagements as the designated technical expert, driving onboarding, deployment, customization, adoption, and measurable customer outcomes.
• Advise customers on cloud security operations, cloud deployment security, and the integration of Wiz into broader security architectures.
• Guide technical and process decisions with technical and executive stakeholders, including organizational transformation initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in at least two areas, including migrations and integrations, advanced deployments, CSPM, SDLC, and threat detection and response.
• Support strategic partners and global systems integrators through delivery assistance, coaching, implementation reviews, and escalation support.
• Identify delivery risks, handle advanced post-sales technical requests, share reusable assets, and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing professional services, consulting, solutions architecture, or similar roles.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering, security architecture or engineering, or post-sales implementation and service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including securing, administering, or architecting workloads.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, or Helm; containers and Kubernetes; and scripting or automation with Python, Bash, Rego, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and cloud security domains including CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CNAPP, and vulnerability management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging technical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering software or SaaS professional services and developing reusable delivery methods, toolkits, or best practices.
• Cloud provider or Kubernetes certifications, including CKA, CKS, or CKAD.
• Consulting experience managing customer expectations, leading technical outcomes to completion, navigating ambiguity, and guiding customers toward best practices.
• Experience driving internal improvement initiatives and peer collaboration in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
