Platform Implementation - Assistant Vice President (Fintech)

Location: Singapore, APAC; office Monday–Thursday with remote work flexibility on Friday

What you will do

• Support client onboarding through requirements gathering, workflow analysis, platform configuration, and solution design workshops.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, configurations, testing scenarios, and implementation procedures.
• Configure and validate integrations including SSO, SFTP, REST APIs, and file-based data exchanges.
• Analyze, map, transform, validate, and reconcile data during client and partner onboarding.
• Coordinate testing, troubleshoot implementation issues, and support production deployment readiness.
• Track project milestones, risks, action items, and deliverables while preparing status updates and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, FinTech, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, technology implementation, system integration, solution delivery, or related roles.
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, SFTP, data transformation, data mapping, and enterprise systems integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, including root cause analysis and end-to-end workflow validation.
• Client-facing solution delivery and hands-on implementation experience are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management, fintech, or SaaS platforms.
