Senior Executive, Strategy & Operations (YouBiz) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with YouBiz business objectives.
• Prepare reports on revenue performance, growth metrics, and strategic initiatives for senior leadership.
• Optimize sales processes, including sales lead generation and management.
• Conduct market research on emerging trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on revenue-related initiatives.
• Analyze revenue streams, pricing models, profitability, and customer value, while supporting ad-hoc business projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, strategy, or a similar role in fintech or financial services.
• Experience executing growth strategies and using data to drive business decisions.
• Familiarity with data analytics and CRM tools including Metabase, HubSpot, and Pipedrive.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Understanding of the fintech landscape; experience with financial operations and payment solutions is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and operate proactively in a fast-paced environment.
