Business Insights Manager, Vice President / Executive Director (Private Banking)

What you will do

• Support the Head of Business Finance with business strategy, growth priorities, sales activities, and management forums.
• Analyze product penetration, Net New Money, client retention, revenue, RM productivity, and AUM opportunities.
• Own automated Tableau, Power BI, or similar dashboards covering sales pipelines, client retention, and product penetration.
• Build scenario and predictive models for payout structures, hurdle rates, at-risk clients, RMs, and high-propensity investment-product prospects.
• Benchmark advisory, discretionary, and custodial offerings against private banks, multi-family offices, and digital wealth platforms.
• Partner with product specialists to improve the positioning, pricing, and monetization of complex wealth solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or a related role, including at least 8 years in financial services.
• Experience in private banking, wealth management, or premier banking, with strong knowledge of lending, structured products, DPM, NNA, NNM, and AUM.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience using Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, plus advanced Excel modelling with VBA/macros and Power Pivot.
• Knowledge of banking data privacy standards such as PDPA and GDPR, CRM systems, and the ability to explain complex methodologies to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar financial and banking databases.
• Experience with financial product pricing, competitive intelligence, and regulatory or market-impact analysis.
