Graduate Engineer (Python)

Location: Based at the Dublin HQ; hybrid with 3–4 days onsite initially, transitioning to a more flexible remote role over time. The option to work from abroad is available for up to 60 days per year.

What you will do

• Own features end to end, from shaping solutions with product and design to building and shipping them to production.
• Work across the platform’s data model, APIs, and founder-facing product experience.
• Build revenue- and engagement-driving features while maintaining existing production functionality.
• Write clean, testable code supported by comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and advance discussions around engineering quality.

Requirements

• Computer science background or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Python, React or a similar framework, and SQL or relational databases.
• Comfort with Git and modern development workflows.
• Curiosity, clear communication, ownership, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Exposure to REST APIs, testing frameworks, CI/CD, cloud platforms, or containerisation.
