What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain robust full-stack applications using C#/.NET, WPF, and related technologies.
- Contribute to system and application architecture with emphasis on scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Own systems across requirements, design, development, production support, and lifecycle improvements.
- Collaborate with traders, business users, support teams, developers, quantitative researchers, and infrastructure teams.
- Provide second-level production support and improve operational stability.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C#/.NET and WPF.
- Experience with at least one additional programming language, such as Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of software design, debugging, problem-solving, distributed systems, and business-critical applications.
- Familiarity with modern development practices, including Git-based workflows and CI/CD.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including production support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in collaborative, fast-moving environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial, trading, or time-sensitive environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, containerization, or system monitoring.
- Experience with databases, complex queries, and performance tuning for high throughput or low latency.
- Experience contributing to documentation, mentoring, or engineering standards.
